No Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars- Gluten Free of Course!

 


No Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal (be sure it is gluten free)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
Prepare a 8x8 baking dish by either lining with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray

Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, margarine, and honey. 

Heat the ingredients and mix well. This can either be done on the stove top or in a microwave safe dish. Be sure to check often so that the chocolate doesn't over cook. 

Once melted, mix in the crispy rice cereal. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Cool completely (can speed up this process in the refrigerator if you are impatient like I am). Cut and enjoy!
